Order Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement arrangement, a partial credit, or another suitable solution.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not offered once an arrangement has been delivered.
- If the arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon, we will happily provide a replacement or partial refund.
- Photo evidence may be required so we can understand the issue and improve our service.
- Event & Wedding Orders
- Event deposits are non-refundable as we reserve your date and pre-order blooms in advance.
- Final payments are refundable up to 30 days prior to your event date. After that time, we cannot offer refunds as flowers and materials will have been purchased.
- Non-Perishable Items (vases, gifts, decor)
- Unused, unopened non-floral items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or store credit.
Delivery Issues
If there was an issue with delivery (wrong address, missed delivery, or a delay outside of your control), contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
