30-Day Limited Warranty
Crafty Things faux flower products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If your product qualifies, Crafty Things may provide:
- Replacement stems or components
- A replacement product
- Another appropriate solution based on the circumstances
- There is no additional charge to submit a warranty claim.
What’s Covered
Our limited warranty covers:
- Missing stems or components
- Stems that arrive broken or unusable
- Significant manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items included in the package
- Damage present when the order is delivered
- Because our flowers are designed to have a natural, handcrafted appearance, slight variations in color, shape, texture, size, or petal placement are normal and are not considered defects.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear from handling, arranging, or repeated use
- Minor wrinkles or compressed petals caused by packaging
- Damage caused while trimming, bending, gluing, painting, or modifying the product
- Damage caused by water, excessive heat, prolonged sunlight, improper storage, or outdoor exposure
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
- Lost, discarded, or stolen products
- Personal preference regarding color, size, texture, or arrangement style
Before Filing a Claim
Faux flowers may become compressed during shipping. Before submitting a claim, gently reshape the petals and leaves by hand.
For stubborn wrinkles, carefully use warm air from a hair dryer on its lowest setting. Keep the dryer at a safe distance and avoid excessive heat.
