Busy bees during holidays? Place your orders at least 1 day before big days like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Easter, Admin Pros Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day for on-time cheer.
Note: We’re closed and recharging our petals on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Independence Day.
Racing against the clock? Order by 2:00 pm in your flower friend’s time zone, and we’ll hustle to deliver your blooms the same day, Monday through Friday.
But wait, sending petals further afield? For those special deliveries outside our local zone, make sure to place your order by 12:00 pm for that same-day flower power.
Saturday surprise? You got it! Just place your order by 12:00 pm, and we’ll ensure your blooms are Saturday-ready. At Crafty Things, we’re all about making your floral wishes come true, pronto! πΌπβ¨
Decided to cancel your order? Here’s the petal protocol: Orders set for same-day delivery get processed super-fast and usually can’t be tweaked. Once your flowers are in the hands of our florists, on their delivery journey, or have already been delivered, we can’t cancel or change them.
But if your order is still with us and hasn’t started its blooming journey, you’re in luck! Just give us a call or shoot a text to (904) 608-0248, and we’ll help you out. At Crafty Things, we understand sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help! πΈπππΌ

Here at Crafty Things, we add a sprinkle of joy with a $10.00 local delivery fee per address. For those blooming beyond our local garden, this fee might vary a bit.
Want same-day flower magic? Just get your orders in before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If it’s later, no worries! We’ll deliver the next day.
We try our best to match your time-tick-tocks for delivery, but can’t pinky promise on exact times.
Sundays are our flowers’ day off! So, any orders for Sunday will make their grand entrance the next business day.
For those living where the wildflowers are (rural routes) or for cemetery deliveries, our petals might not always reach.
Got friends across the seas? Give us a ring directly to place international orders. Sorry, no online orders for these.
Dream it, we’ll theme it! Custom arrangements are our jam. Share your vision and watch us craft your petal-perfect masterpiece.
Got weekend flower plans? Here’s the scoop: Sometimes, Sundays are a no-go for our delivery team. But don’t fret! If your bouquet is meant for a Sunday and we can’t make it, we’ll aim for a Saturday surprise instead. This includes those special Birthdays and Anniversaries!
If both Saturday and Sunday deliveries are playing hard to get, we’ll pencil you in for a Monday delivery. But hey, we won’t rearrange your special Birthday or Anniversary surprise without giving you a ring first. We’re all about keeping you in the petal loop at Crafty Things! π»ποΈπ
What if no one’s there to welcome our flower delivery? No worries! Depending on where we’re sending your flowery surprise, if the lucky recipient isn’t home, we’ve got a plan.
Our delivery experts might leave the gift with a neighbor who’s sworn to keep it safe, or find a secure spot for it to await the recipient’s return. And if those options don’t work, we’ll leave a note for the recipient. It’s like a little treasure hunt β they can call us to arrange a better time for delivery.

Made a little boo-boo with the address? It happens! If we try delivering to an oopsie address you gave us, there’ll be a $10 address correction fee. Remember, Crafty Things can’t be responsible for deliveries sent to the wrong spot if the mix-up was in the info you provided.
If we do end up delivering to an incorrect address based on your details, it’ll be on you to cover the purchase. But don’t worry, we’re here to help sort things out if there’s a mix-up. Just give us a buzz, and we’ll try our best to redirect those blooms to the right place! πΊπ ππ‘
